1. Return Window

You can request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order (based on the seller's individual policy). To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Certain items may not be returnable (see Non-Returnable Items below).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to your Nairani.com account.

2. Go to Orders > Request Return next to the item.

3. Provide a reason and upload a photo (if applicable).

4. Wait for seller confirmation and return instructions.

Note: Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: Return shipping is covered by the seller.

• If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind): The buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Some sellers may allow exchanges depending on stock availability. Contact the seller directly through your Nairani account to inquire.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Intimate items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

• Digital products or downloads

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

7. Disputes and Buyer Protection

If you're unable to resolve a return issue with the seller, you may open a dispute through Nairani’s Buyer Protection Program. We’ll step in to help ensure a fair resolution.
